Eight52 Events brings together a team of seasoned event professionals — managers, producers, coordinators, and technical specialists — each with deep experience across corporate, sporting, and lifestyle events in Hong Kong and across Asia.

The company was founded by James Beacher, who spent over a decade working for multiple event agencies in Hong Kong, delivering major international sports events including the HKFC International Soccer Sevens, HK Cricket Sixes, HKFC Tens, HK Beach 5s, and events for the HK Triathlon Association.

Our team's corporate portfolio includes conferences and large-scale events for Jones Lang LaSalle, De Beers, Philips, Savills, and Goodman, as well as milestone celebrations like the 120th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Football Club.

James also held various commercial roles with both Carlsberg Group and Beyond Meat Inc., managing brand activations and events across their brand portfolios. This brand-side experience gives the entire Eight52 team a sharper understanding of what clients actually need — not just what agencies typically deliver.
